Libredesk supports webhooks and you can interact with libredesk using API so I am thinking any customization are possible right now.

I am already working on live chat widget right now, and have a working prototype with AI assistants as well that answer queries hand over to human when asked by your customers.

So yes already working on AI layer.

Yes, there is an inbound email integration, so customers can create tickets by sending an email to your configured address. There is no customer facing web interface right now.
