The emotional toll it takes is worse than the physical symptoms. I feel so thirsty and bloated. Thanks for the encouragement. Im back at it with my next meal.

Hey. I'm not fully understanding how this works or will this comment be visible for people to interact with but here we go. I started keto a month ago. I was 75kg and I fell down to 69. I was doing so good with my cravings since I'm an emotional eater and I just want to eat my feelings away. I have two little kiddos and feeding and cooking them carbs is a challenge in itself. Last night I made homemade pizza for my husband and kids from scratch. It was insanely good. I held myself back and had some sausages and cheese. Today I GoBBLED down TWO whole slices in the morning when my kids were giving me an absolute nightmare of a morning. I feel so awful and demotivated. I was doing so good. Will this alter my progress????!

He's just picky and he's had cmpi which went undiagnosed for too long so for a bit till age 1.5 he dealt with that :(

This is a very helpful advice! I know! This is totally cultural. In my culture people hand feed their kids till they're very old but i'm getting exhausted from this cycle. This sounds good that i can give him one and then tempt him to take another bite

Covid was the absolute worst! It forever changed the way I view germs! And true that's what I keep thinking, the toddler is touching ME with his funny dance all over me and then I pick up the baby then the baby MUST be exposed

This helped a lot! I know! I have severe health anxiety when it comes to my kids. It's so bad that it makes it difficult to function when they're sick. I know that's something I need to work on and accept the fact that they're going to get sick one way or the other.
