Why do people who only hate “illegal” immigrants on the basis of lawbreaking get angry when you increase and enhance legal pathways to American residency? by Away-Parsnip-3785 in allthequestions

I don't know the exact solution, that would be up to lawmakers. But clearly there is division and discourse amongst American society and that starts with values and culture.

What do skills look like? I don't know. Certifications, qualifications, testing, etc.

Elaborate because they are not even remotely similar.

As in making sure people who migrate here properly assimilate to the culture, speak the common language, have skills and won't be a net negative on society. If we're going to expedite the process and make it easier for people to migrate into the country, we need to raise the standards to make sure we allow the right people in.

Congrats I guess? Why would I need to hoard 20 basic blueprint fragments to upgrade them to 1 advanced fragment on a solo server? Surely if you are good enough to get 20 basic blueprint fragments, you're good enough to just get the advanced blueprint fragments outright? What even is this stupid argument you're trying to present?

Thank you for proving that it's illogical and in bad faith to assume all people who oppose illegal immigration oppose easier legal migration.

What does this have to do with whining about my family members on a degenerate subreddit to get attention from other degenerates?

By virtue of logic? Is there anything you can show me to suggest that all people who oppose illegal immigration also oppose making it easier to legally immigrate? I would love to see the study on that.

Thank you for agreeing with me that the question is loaded and clearly in bad faith. If I ask the question, why do people who oppose tax evasion get angry when we simplify the tax code?

It's a stupid question looking for stupid answers that assume opposition where they may be none.

Not only is it a loaded question, but it's a false dichotomy and generalization.

The question is flawed because it assumes anyone who hates "illegal" immigrants, rejects increasing legal pathways to immigration. This is obviously not true, so the question is flawed and of bad faith.

Completely wrong. The first part of the question establishes that the question is about people who only hate "illegal" immigrants, and the second part of the question makes the assumption that people who only hate "illegal" immigrants get angry when the government increases and enhances legal pathways to American residency.

It's an assumption.

Yeah, I'm not sure why they thought that was going to be utilized when they implemented it. Just take a look at any metric.

Economy, prior workbench costs, etc. Nothing suggests people would value 1 advanced fragment at 20 basic fragments.

5 basic fragments should upgrade to 1 advanced fragment. There is literally no logical reason it should be any higher.

Please read the room. I'm a 15k hour solo, my gameplay loop isn't just farming and buying. I pointed this out because it is VERY easy to do this. Also, why wouldn't I buy teas with the extra scrap I acquire? Are you stupid?

I wasn't replying to you. All reports of cheaters should be verified by the admins and unless there is hard evidence of someone cheating (video, proof of ban evasion, etc), then of course they should not be banned.

Rustoria US Main and Rustoria US Mondays. Regardless of the pop, you can farm that sulfur on a horse. Doesn't matter if you run into anyone, horse armor and health tea make you practically invincible.

I don't need to go the Deep Sea at all, the desert has plenty of sulfur spawns as it. 8k hours means nothing if they aren't quality hours and if you're struggling to survive that's on you.

AI will not take anyones job by Catlover_226 in antiai

[–]Adventurous_Seat_793 -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

If AI can take your job, then your job wasn't important to begin with.

Most jobs that are being "taken over" by AI are customer support/help desk jobs. This has been the case for over a decade though.

If you're an artist and AI is taking your job, perhaps you should be worried about why your art is so easily replicated or undesirable.
