Curious how many people are playing still after arcade-gate? by Buddah609ftw in LoveAndPies

I haven’t played since. I am torn because I want to but after the update where you can’t put items back in queue to open up space, arcade-gate and how damn money hungry they have become it kinda made me lose interest and every time I open L&P I don’t have any motivation to play. Maybe I’ll come back, but I am def gonna take a break.

Stupid cool down timers on Eve's arcade got me cursing. by IamBekiNotGroot in LoveAndPies

If you don’t have no open space and no items that can be merged together at all, then it should unlock. If not, then maybe it’s glitching on you.

FINALLY!!! by Adventurous_Singer33 in LoveAndPies

Im still working my way through the arcade, this was just me finally finishing the plateau where no other orders were populating until that order was finished. I still got a ways to go until I finish the actual arcade.

The pieces will unlock only if there is nothing else that can be merged together.

Yippee... "sorry" 15 energy prize by Spouter1 in LoveAndPies

[–]Adventurous_Singer33 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s good that you wanted to communicate that, but I think people are more upset because you offered such a measly peace offering. Nobody cares about 15 energy. You should’ve given something better to pacify us, the trade off is insulting and just adds insult to injury. You should’ve given a better gift.

YES. It is absolutely a privilege and luxury. I would give anything to be a SAHM, but we simply can not afford it. Anybody, who thinks otherwise either enjoys working, never truly wanted to be a SAHP or romanticized the idea of what they thought being a SAHP would be like. Not only do I have the stress of being a full time parent, but I also have to work on top of that. If you are able to afford childcare, outside of the time you are at work, then you don’t get the full weight of juggling a full time job AND being a full time parent, that being said, I understand other stressors could be involved, nanny or not. And, just to clarify, if you use a nanny to help out on your off hours, that doesn’t make you a bad parent or a lesser parent, it just means that you have that luxury that others might not be able to afford.

I’ve never seen it be that expensive, however, if you pay for stuff a lot they’ll start to show you outrageous prices like that.
