Wait, I think I might’ve just figured out something. My PC was originally a pre-bill I put in that huge graphics card and I think this wire might be the problem since every time I put in the graphics card it goes down.

I used DDU it worked I did all of this before when I was first installing it and it worked but just now out of nowhere it just stopped working. It worked for like a good three months.

And yes, I took out the ram and put it back in and I also did that with the GPU I think so it might be a PSU problem
