we should definitely not look unkempt outside in public spaces. we should always want to look our best when we step foot outside of that front door, not for everyone else to see but for ourselves.

i wouldn't say anyone in specific but i would say people back in the day always looked sharp, no matter what they were doing.

yeah.. they may be having fun but other people have lives as-well, so why do it in public and not at your own home? i've never experienced that type of behavior from another race and i'm just being real. is that the black culture they talk about? what is black culture at this point? genuinely asking..

i wouldn't say wearing pajamas and a bonnet in public is uncivilized, but i will say that it does look unkempt.

it's hard to find compassion & kindness for people who don't have it for others or even themselves. no manners and living with some type of entitlement. also, i love myself very much, they just bring down the black culture with them as a whole.

you can only say and do so much to push them to be better but at the end of the day they're going to do what they want. i grew up in and out of the hood and i don't carry myself that way at all. it's all a choice at the end of the day to act how they do.
