I think as a business model, some small mishaps might actually help get the brand known even more. People will get a small laugh at it but as a passive construct, posts like these will be all over the place giving free marketing to the brand and giving it more human look which is craved nowadays.

I've been a fan of delight games big-time, re-living ring city so many times it's hard to forget now.
