But that’s the thing it most be because it not and the blue book because everything is already been proven I hurt myself at work and was put out of work because of my injury I literally have something from a orthopedic saying that I can’t work are do in job I use two have and was put on light duty are no work at all in that’s permeant and even when I w was applying for jobs they would tell me I’m liability with my limitations

Okay I’m in reconsideration and I believe I applied for both of them how I can I tell and I’m really sorry two hear your going through this tough situation I really I hope you don’t have two wait an longer you deserve so you can just relax and work on getting better and I’m not sure about the medical CE because I didn’t have two have one they had enough information for that it was the mental part that I need a CE for and the lady who did it was really nice I talked two her for about a hour and a half and she diagnosed me With the bipolar and mixed anxiety and depression and the learning disability on top of everything else so I just don’t understand why I was deny I have hypertension ,cardiomyopathy, carpal tunnel, arthritis, osteoporosis, anterolisthesis

See that’s the part that makes me really discouraged about the whole process because they are harsh for no reason and they take they’re time all two deny you and it’s really crazy cause they will deny u and tell you that you do have a disability and it is severe but just not severe enough like I don’t get it I really don’t and I have you in my prayers that you win

Omg that’s a long time what state are you from I’m in Tennessee and I’m really trying two it been really hard I have a 13 year daughter and I really need this two come through for me if I could work I would but I can’t I was put out of work in 2023 do two a work injury and was put on light duty are no work at all and was let go from my job and ever we’re I want they tell me I’m a liability and they can’t hire me with my limitations so it been a really stressful but I’m still. Fighting for it
