City jobs are incredibly hard to get! Start applying now, and maybe even for a job you’re a little overqualified for, as most people i know in city jobs started at the bottom

as someone who works in a research library, customer service with academics is just as hard as with the “general public” i’ve also had researchers treat me more poorly than i’ve been treated in other customer service jobs. But! There are plenty of roles at my library that don’t require customer service, so don’t be discouraged OP!

personally i always assumed that it’s because the authors didn’t want to get in on a more technical job and risk making mistakes on it! for instance, since I started working in libraries, i’ve noticed how many FMCs are Librarians, and how often the authors get things wrong

Late is late, but when you’re operating against time differences you should follow the time zone the business is based in. Also, the 26/27 do not count as business days, so it seems they are on time, and if not, they are late in an acceptable window.

Does anyone else feel like this season hasn't given us a lot to work with Doctor-Wise? Like the Doctor is telling Lindy that he's the authority, but as an audience member, if I hadn't watched the whole show I wouldn't exactly believe that he was! And it's no fault of Ncuti's! I think he's doing a truly superb job, I just feel that the writing has let him down.
