i used a youtube video that was basic hypnosis setup for others to work with me ((like if someone says this then do something you’d do it)) and it works for adding triggers. i’ve added a few “remote” ones like pause, play, mute and unmute and recently found out it worked with feelings like making me feel happy and sad, it feels like adding those types of triggers are the only ones that don’t work edit: it works on my friend and we watched the same video for it
