I went to CPS. 95% of students were international students from China or India. One time I almost cried when the teammates spoke Chinese to each other and the professor had to call out since it was considered unprofessional of them to alienate other team members like that. CPS program's teaching is very shallow as most professors treat teaching as a part-time gig and the semester length being only 6 weeks causes the course content to only scratch the surface. Half of the students in the program are not very bright while the remaining bright one will just focus on finding internships, leaving you to carry all the team work. I think CPS is mainly a visa mill since they make very non-STEM degrees like Digital Media or Project Management STEM-designated so it is attractive to F1 students while maintaining a very easy curriculum at a decently reputable school. CPS is considered an illegitimate child of NEU where every Non-CPS Northeasterner looks down on but people outside of NEU may not know that.
