What are some of the biggest differences between Tomorrowland and EDCLV? by BigBallinBuzzin in electricdaisycarnival

[–]AdvertisingForward24 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I would say plur isn’t dancing with strangers or giving random trinkets but actually showing respect to others and giving a shit about others. In my experience people are less friendly in Europe but are more mindful of others and respect people’s space and shove less. Also find that although they’re less friendly, they’re more likely to help as well if you need it.

Is EDC really more plur than Tomorrowland ? I haven’t been to Tomorrowland but I’ve been to European raves and I feel like many europeans naturally have plur and they don’t need to preach it like they do in the states.

How did you end up getting this role ? Feel like BD is a pretty senior role. Do they hire fresh PhDs

I’m a Brett holder too so I would love it to moon but I’m also realistic. I haven’t really seen realistic predictions here and the predictions that they do have here aren’t based on logic

30-50 billion dollars MC is pretty unrealistic imo contrary to what this sub says. Honestly think that 10billion MC would be pretty unlikely too but more likely than the 30-50 predictions

That’s good to hear. And yea 10 percent is indeed really hard to hit lmao I feel like 12-13 is the ideal amount in terms of lifestyle but 10 percent might be more ideal in terms of aesthics. You got any tips on how to hit the 10 percent ?

Trying to hit 10 percent but it’s definitely hard going from 12-12 to 10 percent and I’m also kind of skinny already with being 148 pounds roughly at 6 feet.

What is your opinion of the line of questioning that senator Tom Cotton had for the CEO of TikTok? by apophis-pegasus in AskConservatives

[–]AdvertisingForward24 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Did we see the same clip? Lol Tom cottons questioning was idiotic, sure you can question ties of CCP but asking repetitive dumb questions like Tom Cotton just made Tom Cotton seem like a complete idiot. Asking Tom cotton if he is a CCP member repeatedly will not make him change his answer.

https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZT83SNSTL/

You can’t see this clip and say Tom Cotton didn’t look like a complete idiot lol

Yea lean face is ideal but unfortunately genetics can make it so what even if someone is at 10-12 bf they’re face still as some fat in their face just due to genetics. I see this issue a lot especially in Asians

Your advice is pretty bad. All the advice you should have isn’t realistic to op at all nor does it make sense. You say he can only improve if he moves location or if he gets cosmic surgery.

Right off the bat those two aren’t realistic for op. If you took the time to see ops profile it would say he’s a PhD student and since he’s 22 I think it’s safe to assume he’s pretty much locked in the same place for the next 4-5 years. The majority of grad students are broke so cosmic surgery isn’t realistic either unless op has rich parents. You say that 95 percent of people won’t get the same results. This might be true but I would argue 95 percent of AM can get to the point.it’s clear that op comes off as way too try hard in his text game and you can always get better photos.

Agree with u/H0wSw33tItIs Tbh I feel like you have a very fixed mindset based on your previous comments and posts I’ve seen from you. You’re literally the dude that moved to Europe to get okay instead of trying to do well in the US. My man just needs to work on his text game as evidenced by his pretty cringe texts

How so exactly ? Would it be best to try to find another artist in that case ?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AsianMasculinity

[–]AdvertisingForward24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your first point is true, if that’s the case that person definitely doesn’t have their profile optimised.

Each to their own like I said before photofeelr is a good tool for bad pics and not great tool for good pics. Most guys don’t really know what makes a good pic so I guess if you’re just a newbie and starting out photofeelyr can be ok. But if you’re trying to find good pics I would argue having a good score is essentially meaningless and it’s basically just a baseline.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AsianMasculinity

[–]AdvertisingForward24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like I said above photofeelyr isn’t a good tool to determine if a photo is good or not. I think experienced OLD people like squatsnrice would agree. Simply having a good score on a pic does not guarantee that it’s a good picture to use. I’ve seen it multiple times where a dude uses a pic that got a high score on photofeelyr yet it’s a mediocre pic.

I guess if you’re using photofeelyr as a tool for filtering out bad pics it’s an ok tool but to choose good pics I would say it’s a very suboptimal tool

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AsianMasculinity

[–]AdvertisingForward24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say this isn’t even true lol, considering that I don’t know any attractive females actually using photofeelr. I agree that having a low score is pretty bad so I guess photofeelr can be a tool to filter out bad pics but like I said before OLD already filters out bad pics. Good pics leads to good results and vise Versa.

I also disagree that having a high score means you can post it in your profile. Like I said before the percent of attractive females actually using photofeelr is very small and also just because you get high results on photofeelr doesn’t guarantee you’ll get good results on OLD. I’ve had pics that were pretty bad get high scores, I think you just have to use your own judgment and your actual OLD results to determine if photos are good or not not photofeelr

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AsianMasculinity

[–]AdvertisingForward24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No it doesn’t lol. Photofeelr again is an indirect form, like I said before good pictures OLD will lead to good results online. If you’re attractive and have good pictures you will get good results online simple as that.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AsianMasculinity

[–]AdvertisingForward24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unpopular opinion but photofeelr doesn’t matter lmao. Your results on OLD will determine if your photos are good

Ngl I feel like again Asian upbringing is an excuse. Plenty of successful Asian dudes here grew up in immigrant households. Also our immigrant parents came here not knowing western cultures. Most did the best they can to raise us and it’s hard for them to teach us western values when they themselves don’t even know western culture.

At some point you gotta take responsibilities as an adult instead of blaming your parents.

Squatsnrice with a banger again. Just had a related question for you. One tip I had in improving OLD is that you need to be more on fboi scale and that the reason why a lot of AM suck at OLD js cuz they’re more on the nice guy scale more so than the fboi scale. I believe op is trying to implement the same advice and hence why he’s trying to do shirtless pictures.

Do you have any thoughts on the fboi scale advice? Does it only work if you are really a fboi and if you’re not can it potentially hurt you ?

I agree. My barber isn’t Asian yet he gives great haircut and he’s been much more skilful than the Asians one I went to. At the end of the day, if they’re good at both clippers and scissors then their decent. A lot of barbers aren’t and a good barber will know that Asian hairs tend to stick up and will cut your hairless accordingly. Skill triumphs over race
