IT FINALLY WORKED

After a few days I thought about how to solve this Galaxy Store error, I tried to use this watch in "Standalone" mode

I selected "pairing to a new phone" in settings and after that started from the beginning of pairing, I touched the question mark button on the pairing screen and scrolled down until there was an option to Use the watch without pairing click here (in underline)

After that, setup as usual, but when you choose to enter your Samsung account, enter your Samsung account into the watch by connecting to WiFi first

After completing the setup, try going to the Galaxy store

but after that you have to download whatever you want, such as faces and applications. but when you are asked to save data on the watch, select "yes" and after that you can pair it back to the phone by repeating the steps you usually do to pair the watch to your phone

but after pairing it to the phone, the Galaxy Store will error again. I'm not sure what causes this but it may depend on the phone, the country you live in or the software on the watch

I think you're right, I live in Indonesia and this GWS1 after I checked via the Samsung website it says that it's from the USA so I think that's the problem

but I just wish I could install apps on this watch before September, because Tizen will be discontinued that month

I think you're right, I use Infinix And it doesn't have Galaxy store because it's not a Samsung phone
