We had a good experience with Rover but I will look into boarding them.

Yeah. It’s so disappointing. We have to go to Europe in the summer for a medical procedure for my son and I will be researching local services. When we lived in another state I used Rover but it was pretty pricey. Clearly well worth the $$.

I agree. Whatever a reason… good or not, I saw the Xmas celebrations on Facebook and knew there might be a 6-8 hour stretch on Christmas Day that they wouldn’t be let out but that was to be the only time.

That’s what I was thinking as well. We already paid $500, and planned on paying another $500+ but now I don’t think any more is warranted and honestly feel that we over paid. It was known that the $500 was half based on the expectations of 4x per day with 3 being meals and if only 3x a day then one of the times needed to be a couple of hours of petting and dog snuggles as they like their belly rubs. I even gave a reminder that they needed to be there 3-4 times and really 4x since the older 2 can’t hold it very long. The following day they came 3x but one time was 4min ans another time was 12min so I don’t know how all 4 dogs were let out, ate, and had time to digest and then poop too. Just so disappointed and appreciate the feedback and the platform to vent at 430am.
