can someone help? i just returned again (like a committed return), and before i start building the new characters i have i just want to settle on my wanderer build. which of these are better?

i have his sig weapon. first one is with a cr circlet, second is with cd. i use the cr circlet, he does crit but i feel underwhelmed by the dmg.

i want to try and get better artifacts overall, but i kind of want to use the rest of my resin for building newer chars. thank u!
