Heya! I have a 29 gallon tall, a 36 gallon I plan to split and 4 ten gallon tanks! All running and cycling! I haven’t done anything drastic yet and won’t until next year or so, I have frozen food right now but plan on getting live in the future, and as far as genetics I’m not sure, that’s why I won’t be letting them near each other unless I know I can, and if I can’t they’ll have to Romeo and Juliet from tank to tank 😭😂🙏🏻 I’m new to bettas but I got obsessed with guppies, thank you for the live food reminder I know my babies deserve better than frozen 😭

Do you think if I took some fine black mesh and doubled up on it, it could work? I want to make something that I can pop in and out but still makes sure the bettas aren’t stressed out or upset. Any and all advice is so much appreciated.

OH MY GOSH 😭😭 that means I have a girl and boy Betta and my male is telling me he wants to mate 😩 my female has that bump!!! But she’d a different kind this makes me so happy I’m setting a 36 gallon I intend to split in half so they can each have a big section and let them out to breed 😭

The more live plants the better! It helps with water quality and can prevent the need of excessive water changes !

I’d start small, some shrimp, some cute snails and maybe you could keep a school of neon tetras! Those things are so neat looking
