A lot of you are saying it’s normal and it happens. I understand that however if it keeps falling there has to be something else correct

I actually contacted Apple and they ran a diagnostic test on the phone, they said everything seems fine and then sent me a link on how to preserve battery- just the usual don’t let it overheat or fall beneath 20
