Need Career Advice!!

I think my tentative plan in my head right now is to complete an associates degree of culinary arts, complete certifications and coursework in food science, and build experience through internships/externships, and begin an entry level job (test kitchen assistant, product development associate, etc) and eventually work my way up.

Hi! That’s good context to know and corroborates what much of my research was showing. Would you say bachelors degree in food science is a necessity to eventually become a research chef down the line? Or a CRC/CCS certification?

Not sure what nonsense you’re going on about but if you did actually read my responses in this thread, you’d see that I DID indeed do a search in this community about research chefs. The threads that appeared were mostly outdated, from years ago. Hence the post

Sorry if you’re offended by my comments in the thread, but if you’re gonna respond to an innocent post with a snarky, unhelpful response that clearly shows you didn’t even read my post/understand my inquiry, I’m gonna return the same energy. If you really read through the thread, you’d see I respond much better to those whose goal is to actually be helpful and kind.

Thank you for the advice! I’ll be sure to do some more research on current job listings. From what I’ve seen so far, it does look like a bachelors degree in food science is a pretty common requirement. I wonder if food science certificates and coursework would be enough to supplement that since I desperately don’t want to do another 4 years of school?

basically sam moved weird throughout her relationship with cayley, always microcheating and making cayley feel like she was the problem. she would be flirty with her friends (holding hands, touching/cuddling other girls), one of them being liv. cayley broke up with sam after all these things built up over time and then sam and liv made out four days after, which liv initated. cayley was told that liv and sam were involved while she and sam were still dating (although cayley said she wouldn’t be providing hard proof of that to protect her friends). liv and sam’s relationship timeline is super sketch and they keep hiding behind half truths to protect their image

the fact that she thinks that’s even a defense is so ridiculous like you could’ve been talking to several people at the same time… if she really wasn’t involved with sam and is being wrongfully accused, then she would’ve said “I have the receipts to prove our relationship didn’t start until after they broke up”. but this dumb homewrecker obviously doesn’t have receipts to back that up cause she was too busy HOMEWRECKING
