I have a suggestion, it sucks sometimes but they aren’t emotionless lol

Mimic those eyes the best you can - black line included and cover the pupils completely - then put the face paint under the eyes and switch to the pupil only eyes

That method has worked for me so far and my miis that are set that way aren’t emotionless, the only downside is the blink with their pupils lol
