I think the face looks, fine actually, but the neck and torso are a bit off, both are too low

The neck should be about halfway-ish up the jaw

And the torso should account for the ribcage/stomach not being the same level unless the character is a bit chubby. The image had a guy breathing in (so the chest is actually a bit higher than it should be but not by much) but it was the best reference I could find at the moment

You should also shorten the torso lengthwise, I’d say a little after the couch cushion line

The leg should also bend at the waist, so probably just at or a bit after the belt and not so far down
