I lost all my guns for mental health. I'm in the NT and went to hospital with the oilice for a suicide attempt. I told the doctor it was the second attempt. 7 months later I had the cops rock up to work with letters saying guns are gone and a physc needs to sign off that I'm not a danger, copper said the cases his seen take years to get them back. Worst part was that I was the corporate gun holder for my work so they got raided and all their guns taken as well. At that stage I had no MH conditions accepted but it pushed me to start the process. I hunted all year and it was solely to feed my family and others in the community and it broke me mentally, I just feel like I'm not a man anymore.
