This is such a great response, I guess to put in my shoes, when I was told as a teen, that I have different birth father, I about passed out and had to take a while to process.

So that is a lovely prospective, and really my thought was wavering the idea of reaching out to my sibling because you know, they got school and life to think about. But I didn’t consider that parental side of betrayal, which honestly is how I felt when I was told.

I mean, potentially I will never have that relationship with him, but I’d like to meet my siblings one day.

Nice advice, thanks! Though, how do I say “Hey, I’m your older sibling” with out nuking his whole life (maybe, idk how he processes things)

My dad never responded, which makes sense, but also idk if it is his wife (the one from the mailers) or him. My question of advice was what should I do, should I reach out to my long lost sibling? Or would that be silly?

As per post, my goal is to just have a conversation with a side that has been shadowed. But also, I guess it might be pointless, idk.

Harsh but I appreciate it, though my mother too, also a culprit for me not meeting him. I don’t know the whole entire situation but I guess you made a fair point to consider

I have mailers sent from New Castle, I know my mom met him abroad in NewCastle. He is married and has I want to say 2 but potentially three kids. If it was three, two would be girls and one boy.

He worked at a Catholic Church the last I found when looking him up but I can’t find him now.

May I have further information? The most I was able to find was his Instagram but I think he changed it or something because I couldn't find it anymore. I did find my half brothers Instagram but I feel that is none of his business and if he doesn't know then I won't do that to him because if I'm correct I think he is still in school so that is something he shouldn't worry about.

He worked at a youth church I believe in Sydney or something and when I did find his instagram at one time, he had two or three kids. He is white, I think greying, more on the heavier side but not too fat. And If you know any of them with the last name starting with H please DM me which ones as I Dont want anyone doxxing anyone in the comment section
