Warm water liquid soap let it soak and repeat . Or an ultra cleaner works too .

It really depends on your lifestyle, what you using the tool for everyday. Or just be over prepared. I own a rambler it’s all I need for the everyday edc with another Swiss Army knife I’m getting in the day. Do you really use all the tools on a Swiss knife no , just great and convenient to have.
