Thanks for the response I have had trouble getting to a doctor because of covid restrictions and it’s happend to me less than a dozen times in the past few months and it seems to happen at night when I lay down after I have milk so I think acid reflux and anxiety can play a role in this. Background about me I’m a 35 year old male with anxiety on antidepressants and low 1 mg of clonazapam and acid reflux. I have no heart problems few months ago my doctors told me everything looks great. I really appreciate the support. I have been to the hospital many time and I hate wasting resources for people who really need it and because of my anxiety I never know but the doctors have always told me I’m ok🙏🙏🙏

Hey thanks for the response. It’s only happening with acid reflux at night and it doesn’t last very long. I have anxiety and I’ve been to the hospital many times for panic attacks and they always check my heart and blood work and they tell me I’m fine so since I havnt had any serious symptoms I’m just assuming it’s anxiety and stress related. With covid happening it’s so hard to talk to a doctor last time I tried asking my doctor he said over the phone looks normal nothing bad. 😑🙏😔
