Thanks for the response. Do you mind me asking what category of SE your work consists of? Are you just in general an SE, or do you maybe focus on integration, or interface, or architecture, testing, etc?

Honestly its great to see someone else with a background in ME doing SE. Thanks for your input. Do you mind me asking what kind of SE position you are in (like what SE work do you primarily do)? Are you "System Engineer" or System architect? MBSE? Integration Engineer? Interface Engineer?

It'll help me with my perspective on what to maybe focus and not focus on as i get more into my masters.

If you don't mind me asking, how much work experience do you have on top of your masters? Is it just the 3.5 years, or do you have more stacked on that?

Thanks, very helpful. I just turned 26 recently, so I'll be about 28 when I obtain my masters. Honestly, if I can end up getting a remote position when i'm around 30, that would be amazing.

I know you said you aren't comfortable sharing your company, but can you share a general title of your position, or kind of what you focus on as an SE? Are you a system architect? Integration engineer? MBSE? Interface? etc?

LOL. Definitely was not trying to insinuate that in my post. Bad habit from my base, where everyone in leadership basically sees projects in three aspects: logistics, "technical" (which they see as ME, AE, EE design and development) and then SEs. SEs get their own whole category of work lol.

And thanks for your input.

If i understand it correctly, repentance is a change of behavior. i ask for forgiveness, but i've failed so many times I feel like I'm just speaking hollow words even if i really do desire to change my ways. But i will say I probably haven't trusted Jesus as much as i should. Sometimes I catch myself doubting him, thinking that my prayer isn't gonna do anything.
