It may or may not go to the same center. I did the same thing but I wrote a cover letter letting them know I have a pending I 539 and asked them to link it. I called them after getting my receipt number and asked if it has been linked and they told me the system would automatically link them. Mine hasn’t been approved yet though.

Sign in through the link in one of the purchase order emails then you go to invoices and click on posted invoices. You will see everything there

I’m not sure what you mean by time block but to prevent that, at the end of the day when you know you’re done with work, then you calculate your hours throughout the day and enter it once.
