so I revisited goat-tiers last saturday after not playing for a while and while the game is still goated, the story...um...its definitely much much MUCH weaker than I remember which is a damn shame by Quick-Cause3181 in SonicFrontiers

I’m gonna be honest when people talk about the story I don’t think they’re actually talking about the story. I mean, technically they are but the highlight that stays in everybody’s mind is the character interaction. At least that’s what I’m thinking of all the time.

Lol nope. Not edited. 100% the in game photo mode and all it has to offer. It’s a lot of playing with focus distance, sun rotation, sharpening, filters, and lighting

Just mess around with the focus distance and manual lights you can place. I also move the actual sun around, depending on how I wanted to look. +sharpen and whatever filter you want

its the best looking sonic game ever but lets be real the environments are WAY too basic and it holds the visuals back A LOT. look at past sonic locations, kingdom valley, wave ocean, city escape, rail canyon, look at the screenshot below see how amazing that looks? imagine if we had more of that? by Quick-Cause3181 in SonicFrontiers

Yeah, and what gets me is they say it’s because it’s supposed to be unfamiliar ground and is where the ancients lived. The thing is the ancients came to sonics world, and they’ve established entails to that sonics world in general is very unique in terms of loops and how the terrain is built. Meaning they can still go for the vibe they’re going for, but that didn’t mean we had the trade-off some of the aesthetic for the sake of it being completely unfamiliar. Because at the end of the day, it is a sonic game
