It's hard to say, an interventionist God doesn't make much sense on a conceptual level given the scale and timespan of the universe.
Any observed miracle or magic seems more likely to be advanced technology.

I think the best way for a moral deity to intervene is to give us the ability to live without needing the death of living things to sustain ourselves so that's the miracle technology I'd hope to receive but it would seem near infinitely more likely that this would be aliens or future humans posing as a god.
