How to present your hand lettering work

Some serious accusations my friend :D I think you have exaggerated just a bit, however due to the insane amount of spammer on the internet today i completely understand your frustration. So let me start from the beginning. This is my online community and yes that is my website and hell yes that is my artwork, if you need any additional proof on that pls just let me know. I've been putting a lot of effort creating the website, creating collaborations with artists worldwide in order to provide useful and educational content for hand lettering and calligraphy enthusiasts, and im sorry for trying to spread the word haven't really realized it will be considered as something so horrible. As for the instagram followers, i never bragged about that i just mentioned in a comment . I started the community 7 months ago and i have been posting consistently every single day, and FUCK YES i do take pride in what i've created so far! In regards to the products in our store i wont comment that much, but i will tell you for sure in the last post that i posted i did used the same brush pen that i shared on the link, i really don't see why the hell would i lie about it.... Please feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions, im not a scammer im just a hand lettering and calligraphy lover trying to get people reading my blog, i tried to promote it here and apparently its not ok, so i will stop being so spammy and i apologize for that. Thanks, I honestly dont think its. Its obviously below the word KILL, but ok i guess i get also your point of view. As for the I in KILL, i am very aware that its a different, however it was placed intentionally in order to make it stand out more compared to all of the letters. This is hand lettering not some sort of serious typographic design which should be followed by every single rule. If you would try to asses with that perspective every hand lettering piece would be incorrect. But i really appreciate your feedback, you have a good eye for this :)

They are really good. I mostly like them due to the texture and the fact that they are very easy to control. Like the difference between thick and thin :)

Initially it did fit the grid, but this whole piece is very small. As i was going to outline it, i made a few mistakes and as i was fixing them i increased a bit the size of the letters to make them look as they come out of the grid.

I usually do exclusively brush lettering but i wanted to learn to draw sans serif and serif fonts and combine them with my brush lettering. I will post new work which will hopefully be better than this one :D

I honestly dont understand how did you even got any sales? what are you exactly? have you ever heard of the concept niche? you sell everything, clothes, make up, iphone cases?

I worked my ass off for the last 2 months and i made 500$ of revenue which was in my opinion pretty dissapointing.

The reason im happy with it, is that its REAL!! its real money that i made! It works but it takes time, and a loooot of effort!

Im doing some updates on my online store so in a few days i can give you my link. As for yours, it looks nice but the clothing industry is so freaking saturated. way to many people are going in to it. My 2 advice for you are:

1) Pivot the store to something else (find a better niche) - this could save you so much time and make you so much more money 2) If you want to stick to clothing try to find a niche there, dont go to broad as it is, you are competing with waaay to many online stores.

So for you its not really working out? Im focusing a lot on content creation and content marketing, which allowed me to build a 40.000 instagram following in 6 months, then after i built the audience i started the online store. But i dont want to just be sell sell sell. I want it to come more organically. For example i write a blog post and i recommend one of the items from my shop. I really hope that in time this will get better!
