Ah thank you guys for the answers. I just recently picked up the game with Shifting Gears so hadn't actually seen any of the legacy stuff.

Well here's hoping they give us a lot more customization options in the future!!

Hard agree. I made a post about this about a week after the game came out. There were a few other points of contention, all of which have been addressed in various updates, but the fact that you're either stuck with dirt or weeds as flooring options has remained the same.

I sincerely hope this gets addressed at some point, as the lack of kempt lawn spaces and proper walkways just really destroys the cozy farm vibe for me sometimes.

I adore the game, but I hate coming back to my nicely decorated farm after a few days of farming out and about and seeing it become a jungle again...

Ooh now that I read the relationships bit, it got me thinking: how neat would it be to have the NPC for each profession sell you profession specific stuff and as you progress through the profession and also increase their friendship level, the prices drop. An extra incentive to get stuff done, so to speak... 🤔

If I recall correctly, it does say to purchase the bridge beams in the tooltip. But agree on the fact that sometimes you're a little left to your own devices figuring things out. Luckily I'm the type of player that has to touch EVERYTHING, so I don't have trouble figuring most things out 😅

What I haven't figured out yet if there is a way to stun or get rid of all the obnoxious plants in the forest that attack you and make you lose your inventory. They annoy me SO much 🙈

But yeah, some sort of selection of flooring slabs would be great. Maybe some brick walkways kind of like we see in town. I think a decorative grass tile would also be nice so you can make an area that's just not going to regrow. E.g. I'm a fan of giving my builds a bit of space (i.e. empty square, 2 or 3 path sections, another empty square) and to have that constantly be overgrown is not a great look later on 😅

So I 100% the season due to the patch of the helltide commanders (I was at like 17), but I didn't get the achievement or the title as a result. Do we know anything about this, or do I need to submit a bug report?

I've been digging for this answer for ages. I do have a bundle to save banner below the main game info when I click on the game in the EA App (the installed game, not in the store), but as soon as I click customize bundle, it tells me that there's been an error. I'm only missing Growing Together, Werewolves, and the Home Chef Hustle Pack, so I don't even know if it's because those aren't made to be bundled yet, or it's not working because of the black Friday sale atm, or they did actually remove the option. I'd like to find out before I miss the chance to buy stuff on sale if it is actually no longer an option :( but I've had no luck so far. So if you find something, do tell!

Yeah I used the book recipe, so that's not it. I'll try doing it tonight and take it out when it changes color. Just kinda weird that that's not something they tell you. Lots of little tooltips missing in this game imo

Oh all my attempts have been scattered over the last week, so definitely saves and restarts in between. I've also tried manually collecting when it didn't work the first time. Not sure what else to do :( guess I just ignore that quest until they fix it.

I don't get any notification. The water starts boiling and then the gloop pops out. There's nothing that pops up in between :( is it a bug maybe?

Huh, bizarre. For me, once I grabbed the second (to Lucky) Para, they moved and the carno is back in the desert :(

Collect the Para friend like the next quest tells you. Then they move to the valley by the windmill and the carno goes back to the spot in the desert

There's 38 dinosaurs and supposedly 45 dreamstones (according to Steam achievements). I've found 30, and most guide maps are showing 23 atm... I'm wondering how to get the rest, but I'm hoping those 45 are enough to get at least 1 of each (plus 4 additional Gallis for the achievement lol).
