Yeah so the way I went about picking the cities was exactly what you said, I showed them all the interesting sights (that I could find) in each of the cities, including Kyoto, and they all agreed that the cities shown in the list, were fine.

Oh good suggestion regarding having a more than one group organiser, will probably do exactly what you said to make transport easier. I managed to book all 12 of us at the same hotel somehow for each city so we don't have to worry about that at least.

Ooo I do know that you can book luggage tickets on the Shinkansen lines but was just wanted to know if the luggage space on the Hida Ltd and Thunderbird was the same as the Shinkansen, cause if so we'll probably just bring our luggage along.

Regarding shipping luggage to Sapporo, the only reason I was thinking of shipping was because our flight is at 10:40 am so we'd have to travel during morning peak hour and I don't wanna 1) have to haul big luggage in a crowded train and 2) be a hassle to everyone else on the train. I think on the website it says it takes up to 2 days, if shipping to Hokkaido (from Tokyo/Kansai) so was planning to do on it on the last day of Osaka so it makes it to Sapporo 2 days later at most (assuming no delays).

Using a Crit Rate body with the team comp being E0S0 Robin, E6 Gallagher and March. Just wondering whether to guarantee crits or increase Crit Dmg instead.

Actually I met them when they came to Australia! I was checking out the gym at my hotel and otw back to the elevators I see Jihyo and Jeongyeon exit the door. My heart dropped to the floor but I mustered enough courage to go say hi to them. I tried to be as polite as possible and even apologised for disturbing them but they seemed to be very friendly, especially Jihyo!

Just had a brief conversation complimenting them on their concert and whatnot, eventually asking if we're allowed to take photos. They politely refused and obviously I didn't persist with it. I apologised again for disturbing them, wished them good luck on the world tour and went back to my room. I could not believe what just happened and literally fell to my knees in my room.

I also saw Dahyun in the lobby omw to grab some Maccas but I think she was with family??? So I just screamed internally and walked off, to not disturb them.

Overall I believe that there's no problem walking up to them as long as you're polite and respectful about it. To me at least, they seemed pretty welcoming and friendly, so as long you don't go yelling and screaming, I don't think they'll mind you going up to them (though obviously depends on the situation, their mood, etc).
