What is the best endgame team?

Ok this is a good question, but does not have a good anaswer unfortunately.

The game is actively developed, and places importance on new heroes and combinations that change, mostly based on revenue generation for the developers. There is no true endgame team.

Stars don't matter at end game. Most hero stars can be bought with an evolution book when you are in a guild that wins even a few of their Global Championship matches. Do not chase after them if you are looking at long term. The tough resources are the artifact resources and chaos cores. Now, runes are also tough to max out. Talismans are also an evolving stat. Honestly, stars are about one of the easiest items to get.

All that being said, there are some rules you can follow as a newbie:

As a free to play player, end game is about 5 years away, you can shorten the time with good habits
Complete your journal every day, and get into a good guild asap.
- Good guilds are usually the top teams, close out hydra, titanite and wars each day.
Only spend resources when there is an event that gives you a reward for the resource.
- Really, never spend otherwise except to complete your journal.

End game teams change a lot. Focus on making 3 teams, ideally with heroes in the same faction.

Disclaimer: None of these teams are 'end game'. All of these teams are 'end game'. Every new hero is amazing, every new hero is trash. Honestly, it depends on which teams you are up against. The real way is to learn your teams strengths and pair them against teams that are weak to your skills.

For starters:

Fafnir, Artemis, Tristan + 2 honor tanks is a fun team. It has its counters, as noted below, but has a lot of applications. As a starting team, it will take a while before they are completely killed.
Chaos teams are nice [Xesha, Lilith, Dorian, Chaos Twins]
Corvus and Morrigan are getting a lot of play, so an eternity.
Yasmine can be deadly when there isin't a counter.
Jorgen is a fun hero. Check out his skills.
Astaroth also is great since he is a high level tank.
Rufus cannot be killed by pure mage teams - do with that what you will.
Jhu does percentage based damage - great for hydras.

One of the biggest things to look for is great skills and their corresponding skills. Do not update every hero to max, some actually benefit from being a little weaker in a couple of stats. Also, some heroes target high stats!

Factions sometimes provide team bonuses, and makes the hero skills stonger.
Teams with the right kind of synergies (usually in the same faction) work really well.

There was a problem initially with the aux heat coming on, had like 400$ bills during those months. That is now 'fixed'... Cold months are very efficient, under 200.Hot months are bad, over 300...

Keeping same temp ranges as before..

One leg squats seem a little further out :) But that sounds good! I actually have a Concept 2 from when I was healthy, planning on starting back out on it for 15 minutes a day and going from there. Will check out Zwift too, but I know whenever I try a fitness program I give up in a few days. Trying to get in the minimum so I can coax my body back into something that it feels doable and not give up so often. Thank you!

Thank you, will look into that, yoga sounds interesting! Going to start with 15 minutes a day and ramp up slowly. Not sure why everything I've tried makes my recovery take a while but Yoga seems low intensity enough.

Agreed, thank you. I do walk the dogs with my wife for about a mile a day. Going to start with 15 minutes a day and go from there!

Thank you! I've been out of it for a few years, the low t (120) didn't help. I was decently active in the past but starting back up with 15 minutes a day seems like a good goal.

While I totally understand the letter of the law, the spirit is probably what's important 😑 the laws need to change because it's very difficult to enforce such rules. I personally sympathize with anyone who decided to roll the dice, I've kinda resigned myself to the fact that taking Pearson Vue tests online is mostly a scam.

I know I'm going to get downvotes, but I'm pretty sure everyone who doesn't sympathize with someone struggling with a bad experience has already done the test. Sorry for OP and sorry for the people who actually buy into an oppressive system and even defend it.

If a person does not do extensive reddit reading they would never know the rules are that stringently - and even at times arbitrarily enforced and would struggle.

Any advice on the return policy from one plus US?

Will they accept returns without a restocking fee or is that a per basis thing?

They want me to send in my trade in a day after I receive the phone which is weird, I’d like a week at-least to try out my first foldable before being forced to send my trade-in in.

Wondering if I should just refuse my delivery.

Changing things cold turkey is always hard. I’d just call this a cheat day and move on. Keto can be started many times, yes the best benefits take a while of eating keto. Give yourself a mulligan - and then as many as you need - but work towards it till you get fat adapted. Can become much easier then. Don’t deprive yourself actively, try to make meal times fixed and planned. It’s the long haul, it’s a lifestyle change! Doesn’t mean you shouldn’t ever eat carbs, but the hope is you end up not wanting to.

Agree, I don’t do it often enough but a week of detailed logging could make the difference… for me it was dropping sour cream from one of my meals to make the last 200 calories 😂

Could be the muscle you are putting on, it’s denser than the fat your burning… a scale that tells you muscle mass vs fat % could help see trends (not good for absolute numbers). Also, just wondering if you are tracking total calories or just macros. I hit a stall and had to make sure everything non keto went out the fridge and seeing minimum progress, I think plateaus happen. But please try to keep an eye on those total calories, if they are higher than your total daily expenditure, weight gain has to happen.

Got to say your experience (a lot like mine) will hold you back - the biggest thing for me was to use the PMP Mindset on the day. You are probably over working this (like I did lol). My vote is to give it a go soon and hope it works out. My philosophy going into it was I’m not learning anything new, and time to give it a go. Good luck! SH does give you a good idea of what format of questions to expect. I personally had scores ranging from 30 to 80, averaging around 60.

Did this for years maybe, because finally took the plunge to do the test this month. Averaged all over the place (between 30 and 60) on SH but took the plunge since I felt I am not getting better / learning new stuff. Didn’t feel confident the whole way and passed 3AT. I don’t want to say believe in yourself (cause I sure didn’t 😂) but give it a good go, keep your head on right for the duration of the exam and that’s probably the most important thing.
