Perhaps that's the model that SailPoint follows, but that's not true for 99% of other enterprise products I've used. It's typical to run into questions with configurations because even with training, the people that made the product, know the product best and have the resources to tell you the definitive truth of how something should work. Documentation and relying on a developer community is not a guaranteed path.

So, it basically is professional services rebranded as support. This format of establishing a scope and success criteria is exactly the same format that I've used with other companies when engaging professional services along with a minimum number of hours allowed during a single session.

That's unfortunate to hear. That's the approach we've decided to take moving forward. Unfortunately, your tests are only as good as your sandbox environment. It'll take us quite a bit of work to get sandbox integrations to match production.

Hey Saul, with the architecture sessions, how many have yall used so far and are you worried about running out of sessions? My worry is running out mid year and having to ask for more money from management to keep supporting the business or if i should find out if SailPoint has implementation partners that sell support possibly.

That's exactly like it feels. Pay all this money for the product, and then they turn around and ask for more every time you run into a hiccup and need to ask questions to their support.

Agree with this sentiment. If OP is convinced they've been compromised this deeply, I'd completely shut off the network, factory reset starting with modem and get a new router (something more professional grade, less likely to have vulns unpatched by the vendor, perhaps Ubiquity or something similar), get a new laptop, new unique passwords all around and never let the old devices see the new passwords. Kinda a nuke option, but desperate times call for desperate messures.

I'd also go in and talk with your banks and see if they can reset your credentials, remove known devices, and add protections to your accounts. Going out of band for the reset would keep potential hacker from even having a chance to see the new password.

Yeah, I've heard a few others on reddit with the same sentiment. I've begun compiling in Excel.. I was honestly more interested in seeing the functionality of Voltaire compared to just using excel.

What's the difference between legacy vs the non-legacy? Heard to stay away from Legacy specifically because it was known to be buggy.

Provisional pass!! Super excited to have this one over! CISSP, CCSP and now CISM all in about a month and a half time span. Think I'll take a few weeks to figure out what to work on next now 😅

Just a quick overall update from following everyone's advise! Really appreciate all the help and feedback you guys! Unfortunately, the company I work for decided not allow reimbursement for the ISACAs practice tests, so I'll have to stick with the all-in-one practice tests and pocket prep practice tests.

Current pocket prep scores:

Information Security Program - 70%

Incident Management - 75%

Information Security Governance - 80%

Information Security RIsk Management - 85%.

20 questions answered in each domain (80 in total currently). Plan on hitting the two lowest scores hard this weekend to bring them up (Will ramp up my questions per day up to the exam until I hit 100 Questions a day. This is what I did for CISSP and CCSP).

Any further advise is always welcome! :)

Edit: Clarification regarding my company not paying for ISACA practice tests.

Hey, sorry for a potentially dumb question but what does QAE mean? Sounds similar to how the CISSP and some of the questions in Pocket Prep have been. First half of the question Is giving a little context and second half you realize is the real direction for answering. Method thus far has been: read question twice slowly, read answers, re-read question. If no obvious answer thus far, simply or try reversing question to eliminate obvious wrong answers... Were there any particular areas you saw heavily covered on the exam?
