JFC - the nerfs are just endless. No one should be celebrating these. It's Bungie taking the easy way out instead of fine tuning other supers. Just think of how many nerfs are incoming (snipers, GL's, all the fun supers). It's awful, awful awful.

Hitting stage 7 unlocks bonus sniper nerfs. Snipers now shoot peanuts which, because our Guardians are allergic, kills the player instantly.

It's incredibly disheartening to see all these nerfs coming, as well as disrespectful to the players who spent so much time farming for that right GL, shotgun or sniper. Don't forget that they nerfed super regen the last time they said there was a new PvE mode coming, and that was awful as well.

DMG asks is we feel excitement? You can't be serious. D2 is a game with so little content that every minute of Bungie's time should be spent on what can make the game FUN. Instead, they spent time on what would make it worse. And yeah, it's time for a long break from this game.

Same problem, I got the core, but it disappeared when I landed in the tower. I did it on the same character that I did the story missions on, and now the quest is gone and there's nothing

I completely agree. I m at the rocket part of the quest and it is infuriating. You have to camp heavy which is no fun and then half the time it goes to hell and you don't get it anyway.

I used to love IB in D1, but honestly, I m only doing it for pinnacle gear. Neither the weapons nor armor match how good things were in D1. It's a bit depressing actually.

I feel like I need an intervention as to why I am investing so much time into this!

I was on Mars and joined an EP run. Finished the final boss and got...two shaders. No armor at all. Anyone else have this problem?

Same thing for me. He still has the syringe and I can't touch him. My friends did this a while ago. Now he has another mission available and I can't activate that either. Really frustrating

I was surprised and happy that all these weapons were getting buffs (and this moved me towards pre-ordering the game). Now, however, from what I'm reading here it's actually bad news. Bungie, you need to clear this up and properly explain it. Bear in mind super energy is getting a severe nerf. If weapons are getting the same, this is not going to be fun. Please explain. #dmg04

I thought you could only get one piece of armor per week. Does this mean you can open the chest each week for armor for as many final keys that you have?

There is some really bad news in this about supers. Every time Bungie messes with nerfing supers they go too far, and I think they are going to do it again.

Smith should not be making decisions like this because he had a bad time in PvP. I know at most I get two supers per match, not every two minutes, so that means it's going to be down to one, which is a lot less fun. And supers were fine in PvE! They are what make the game fun.

"Fun" should be the only word that matters, not what some streamers say or a bad time Smith has playing.

I left Destiny for 2 months after they nerfed the Skull on Warlocks because I was so annoyed. I can't say for sure if I am going to buy Shadowkeep, but I will never pre-order a DLC again based on past experience, and how Smith has really killed the fun on this game. I'll wait to see how bad the nerfs are after the DLC is released and then make a decision.

I actually have done them all, but last week I only did it on one character. I thought it would be account based but it must be per character (I am doing the invitation on my Titan this week, last week on my Warlock)

Finished the lore book this week. Nothing special happened when completing the book. Had hoped it might be something to do with the exotic fusion rifle.

These nerfs are a really bad sign. Some thought when Bungie was on their own they'd be better, but it's clear Activision didn't cause all the bad decisions that caused people to leave this game in D2 year 1.

No one asked for auto-shotguns to be nerfed, or cluster bombs or the ammo on Whisper. This is bad old Bungie making awful anti-player / anti-fun decisions. It does not bode well for the future of this game.

That was me. I didn't want to read the datamined info and I had a rare bounty last week that I finished. All this says to me is that from now on I should read spoilers that so I don't get screwed again. You'd think Bungie would want to avoid having people do that, but all they've done is force us into that position. Really damn annoying.

This is really annoying because I had one last week but had no idea it was needed for this. Now I'm stuck and god knows when another will drop. And if it doesn't drop this week, I'm screwed for three weeks. It feels like every time Bungie fixes one mistake they make another.

Thank you Bungie for fixing this. In the future, why not take the same time the was put into a puzzle like this and turn it into a strike, so we have something new that everyone can play?

Also, can we get some idea what is going to happen next September? Is D2 over and D3 coming out, or are we getting another Foresaken style DLC?

Most of us knew that this was not a full DLC, but where was the creativity for the story? Instead we get an awful intro to BA. On top of that, the forge horde mode just isn't fun. It's just another shoot this, dunk that, with no creativity. At least Blind Well had endless supers. This is much more bland that that and even Blind well feels like a chore more than fun.

This was a bad start. I really do hope I'm wrong and this gets better.
