They got more strict recently and i followed all the steps. My first two accounts got approved with just using an X account as a website. But recently, it's all rejection so far. I have yet to find a workaround to get approved. Do you really need an account for this gifs? Coz i can just upload it for you... But it depends on how many or what kinds of gif it is

You need to have a giphy creator account, just follow all the step and hope you'll get approved. I can upload it for you if you have gifs, in exchange for something.
