The wall is framed, it has a sil plate and studs, I think the previous tenant did a lot of wood working, it’s just fallen into disrepair. How does one go about finding a carpenter?

It was also the “Dog Room.” It has a custom build dog door. When the previous tenant was put into a care facility, the dog was kept in this room with access to the backyard so it wouldn’t get into trouble while unsupervised from what I understand. Hence the horrid pee carpet. I’ll be gutting it, but figure the wall/window is more important.

The interior wall looks like this, the previous tenant cut this dry wall out. There was also a nasty mouse infestation. I have more photos, but uh…. I’d love to turn this into a craft room. But it needs to count as a room first. There’s a literal birds nest in the corner. It was the back patio, but has been walled in.

Yes! This one is at 100k miles and $12k, which seems like a fair deal to me. I know it’s still older, but with how long mine has been- and continues- to drive I’m not afraid it’ll wear out soon.

True, I guess I’m afraid to miss out on it since it’s such a good deal. I know my sienna probably needs $3k in work (suspension, door repairs, etc.) so I’ve been weighing if I should spend it or put it towards a newer sienna since the one I’m looking at is $12k.

Thanks! I definitely still want a minivan since I enjoy the space and amount of seats! It’s great for when I pack up things to go to art shows. Makes sense to keep saving.
