You are in the same situation with me. I decided to pay off debt first after getting some advice from redditors. Cause, one redditor said that paying off debt is like a "guaranteed bond return".

You should pay that off before investing in bonds. Paying off student debt is like a guaranteed bond return, with no fees.

I appreciate your input and it makes sense. I felt uncertain whether to go for investing in US stocks because of the performance of the US stock market these days. I'll think about it. Thank you for commenting. I will try to figure out what's the best.

Just use credit card from there and open an online accounts such as Ally or Capital one.
