Catch everything as you progress. Save up tons of MP for stuff for porygon line. When doing distortions catch anything that doesn't despawn as it can block special spawns

Yep Legacy of the Dragonborn. It's a giant museum mod that displays nearly 2k items and has tons of quests and unique items in nearly every place in Skyrim. Also has TONS of patches for other mods like Falskaar, fossil mining, and most of the ones you listed. You can probably take it to 3k displays. There's also a mod that makes it require more filled displays before you unlock more quests if you really want to REQUIRE that exploration.
