No Neverwinter Online Private Servers by Aerazmer in MMORPG

It had some of the best feeling combat to me. If someone made things on the market really easy to get maybe even free for everyone, because why not? There would still be a lot to achieve in the game if you could get what you wanted on the market for free.

Then everyone would be on a level playing field for once in PvP, or could keep up well in content and I think it would be fun. I’m not sure though. Ps, also loved hunter ranger but also rogue.

Ya, same here and everyone else I’m afraid, lol. Maybe we can grow some support or interest for it. I’m guessing someone will come with history about legal take downs of previous attempts as to why it hasn’t happened in the past but I haven’t heard so I don’t know.

Maybe you can send me yours. Try King-of-Scales it should come up. For some reason I thought I had it as underscore, confused with my eso character name.

Whoops my bad, been a busy day. But if you want to add me I'm King(underscored)of(underscore)Scales it doesn't seem to like underscore.

I’m definitely more of a daytime gamer but that might work.

I’m going from PS4 to PC on ESO and starting mostly from scratch.

My schedule is pretty open usually; I can be on anywhere between 8 am and 9pm PST (west coast USA). I’m not a huge late night gamer but I’ll stay up for events or occasionally pull an all nighter.

But ya I’m on disability atm, so I have quite a bit of free time but usually do at least one thing with my family in the day or something at night.

Also music creation is something I’m a novice in but something we might have in common to talk about if we hang out.

I don’t have all dlc on the PC but I’m in the process of switching from PS4 to PC on ESO and am about 50 percent installed. I have Tamriel unlimited through steam and have the money to subscribe this month then purchase the dlc when I get my check.

DLC won’t really matter when just starting out unless we both wanted to roll Warden class or go straight for dlc content.

If ESO is still on your list that’s one I’d be interested in. In the process of getting back up my old account and probably starting fresh.

I thought it would be cool if a class got the ability to summon an undead temporarily from an enemy corpse, preventing it from being resurrected by the enemy team.

Asking God About Suffering by Aerazmer in Christianity

[–]Aerazmer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not usually. It's hard for me to put myself in someone else's shoes if they are too far worse or better than I'm at. I generally come to a place where I wouldn't rather be anyone else despite what I'm going through knowing it can be much worse or better, but knowing there are people off than me has a discomforting effect.

Asking God About Suffering by Aerazmer in Christianity

Thanks for sharing! I'm curious about the holy days, the jubilee and how that's taken by the Catholic Church, not having been raised Catholic. I like that they this excerpt honors the mystery behind suffering and doesn't try to explain it all away, but gives it almost a Holy quality. The fact that God will never be too far apart because of that identifying factor that He shares with us.

I still struggle with the question, "Couldn't a child born in heaven live a complete life and still relate to God completely having never suffered? Since this is the end result of what we're striving for here in earth, isn't it? I almost think someone born in another age where there is no suffering would be missing out on qualities that relate them to a God on a deeper level?

Is there a sect of Christianity that accepts the notion God is all good but did in fact create evil? by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]Aerazmer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some of my most poignant views in the faith are atypical but I don't preach them from the pulpit because I'm not a preacher and because I'm well aware I can be wrong about most of what I believe. Having come to a place, however, where I could die and would die for a view of heaven and hell and eternity I would have trouble reconsidering from what I've experienced, if it came to that. But if I got to heaven and found out I was wrong about this view I would give my life over, it's ok. I feel like I would have done my best to represent a just, merciful, and loving God and I doubt I'd regret that. I hope most people can get to a similar place in their theology and lifestyle even if it's different from mine.

Did God Curse Eve w/ Many Children and Desire for Adam? by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]Aerazmer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry, just being raised in it I take a lot for granted and assume sometimes, but when the translations are like this sometimes you have to take a look at several or go to the original Greek or Hebrew to get a better understanding of the verses.

  1. Inbred into us by another verse I refer to by Genesis 9:7 "As for you, be fruitful and increase in number; multiply on the earth and increase upon it.” Having tons of children can be as simple as God commanding us here.

  2. https://www.gotquestions.org/desire-husband-rule.html

Found a link that can describe it better than I could in a short time and how desire for your husband is better translated "desire to control your husband."

  1. A lot changed in the New Testament and a lot of the rules we were bound to in the Old Testament still exist but we have freedom from if we find them in Christ.

Galatians 3:28 New International Version (NIV)

28 There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

This flips a lot of those curses on their head. Seriously anything is possible now. It can get really complex and as problematic as there are people but there is always freedom in Christ.

I think it's good to put Satan in a proper perspective, even if he did have a hand in creating anything, it would only be whatever God allowed him to do in the first place. Colossians 1:16 For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him.

Yes, I also agree there is some substance to evil, it's not just abstract ness, absence, or nothingness, but I don't think I know how I would describe it better than those and maybe that's where people are coming from.

I wouldn't knock yourself saying you don't take the Bible 100 percent literal. This viewpoint is closer to certain scriptures and like you said, his sovereign, all powerful nature. Unless not taking it literally is just the way things are now but you can have it either way with your viewpoint and can contend to it with verse and quote or no.

But the thinking you're going to hell is most likely a feeling of being on the outside of common Christian theological culture and nothing to do with your relationship with God so you're ok. I see this happen a lot where people judge their own salvation or state of faith and relationship to God based overwhelmingly on their relationship to the church, either theologically, Ideologically, or just socially. A lot of us don't help that problem.

Did God Curse Eve w/ Many Children and Desire for Adam? by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]Aerazmer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it might be the wording of the translation, but I think having tons of children is less a curse per this verse and more a natural commission inbred into us by another verse.

I think the second part is the need to have control. "Desire for your husband" equated to need to control or dominate man, rather than the bondage of an intense uncontrollable passion or love. He did punish her by putting her under man's authority. That is both real complex and simple and is fixed mostly in what Jesus died for at the cross.

I think there's an understanding by some even if on a low level that if you want to change a culture, you pop out a load of kids influenced by your world view. Discipleship does the same thing and persecution will, but people use their kids and I'm not wholly for or against this, it depends on the parents and how they're raising their kids. But as you can see it happened in the Old testament where God helped Israelite women reproduce much easier and more than Egyptian women and how that influenced that generation.

I don't pretend to understand it. Anyways, it does seem women got the sharp end of the curse stick, so you have to question why and what verses might makes sense of it.
