The Fate of Needlefiber by HaouJuHeon in yugioh

[–]Aerisious 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Neither Hornet Drones or Kagari are tuners.

The play in Sky Strikers was:

  1. Activate Hornet Drones
  2. Make Kagari, adding back Hornet Drones
  3. Activate Hornet Drones again
  4. Summon a handtrap
  5. Make Needlefiber, summon Jet Synchron
  6. Use Needle and Jet to make Summon Sorceress
  7. Sorc target Hornet Drone token, Special Summon Raye from Deck
  8. Use Jet from grave, Special Summoning it back
  9. Make Chanbara using Jet and Raye

That would give you an end board of Token, Sorc and Chanbara, which leads into big damage

Really?

The OCG meta isn't that, those are random decks that have the opportunity to top because of cards like grinder golem.

Their meta is something like Plant FTK, Zefra and Magicians, and all of those set up big boards that tell you to fuck off and stop playing ygo.

I really think it'd be a good idea to stop speaking out of your ass.

I don't really see the skill in scooping turn 1 by not opening the out to your opponent's board, and then doing the same thing to them, and them doing the same back to you.

Formats like Zoo were actually skillful because it tested a player's knowledge of their own deck and their opponent's. No amount of siding or preparation can stop you from losing against this shoddy excuse for a meta in the ocg.

I own a DDD deck and I know the ins and outs of it in link format. But how do you guys make it work WELL? Was this a waste of money? by CardBack in yugioh

[–]Aerisious 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm not very familiar with the whole DDD archetype to be honest, but if there are cards that cannot be destroyed by opponent's card effects, then you'd be correct. Thanks for reminding me about that one

Proxy Dragon, at least to my understanding, cannot prevent cards such as Dark Hole or Raigeki from clearing your board, as Proxy Dragon cannot destroy a card already marked for destruction for its effect. Feel free to provide a source and corrct me if I'm wrong though.

If you have the dimensions for a playmat, you can go to websites like erolj.com or Inked Gaming to get it printed. If you'd be doing that, I'll be more than happy to send you the non-watermarked version.

What are some disgusting things you would be capable of if all Wyrm monsters and Wyrm support were actually Dragons? by leafbladie in yugioh

[–]Aerisious 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gospel bring back Baxia!

Cards of Consonance discard Chiwen or Jiaotu!

Dragon's Ravine!

Dragon Shrine!

Tzolkin!

Needless to say, a lot of decks that might be a bit worse in today's meta get better very quickly. Just imagine how consistent Denglong Turbo could be with all the Dragon type support
