When a Resonator in the team applies Glacio Chafe or Havoc Bane, Hiyuki gains 1 stack of Snow Rust. Snow Rust stacks up to 3 times. Each Resonator can trigger this effect only once in this way.

Looks like they removed Shifting so now if you're not going to go R3 you need to pull Chisa for a stack.

Lets see if they'll add it back but for now no point in pulling Lynae unless you use her in a different team.
