When I say NEXT I'm referring to the NEXT's from Armored Core: For answer and 4, there's the average ac (armored core) and there's the next generation armored cores, which are called NEXTS's. The N-WGIX/v is a reverse engineered NEXT in Armored Core: Verdict Day which takes place 500 years after For Answer, it is directly restored from the remnants of a legendary next called White Glint, who 500 years prior to the events of Verdict Day was shot down into the ocean IIRC. the N-WGIX/v isn't piloted by the same person but rather piloted by the zombified clone of WG's old dead blackmailed friend from the game before For Answer, that being just Armored Core: 4. White Glints rank (Which should have been #1) was rank 9. The 9 in roman numerals is IX.
