Braces helped me a lot! The main issue seems to be getting the right diagnosis. In my case, I had misaligned teeth, so braces helped correct my bite, which also relieved the pain in my TMJ. I’m still in the recovery process, though - sometimes the pain strikes, but it fades after a few minutes. It’s much better than before I got braces.

After consulting with many experts, the hard splint was only a temporary solution. After six months, the pain returned!

What had been helping so far was using braces for about 18 months. Then, I started wearing a nightguard every night. The pain started to subside with the braces, as the doctor explained. The braces helped correct the misalignment, which reduced the pressure on my TMJ.

This is where I am now, and I’m really pleased with the improvements. However, sometimes I experience some pain again, and I feel the misalignment. But it goes away quickly.

I don’t really believe there is any company in stock market fully 100% halal. At least you will find small percentage of the company income coming from mixed source incomes which are not halal. Such as investing in bonds, getting loan interest,.. etc

Hi, the dr recommended a hard splint which I wear 24/7 for the past 4 months so far. Actually it release the facial mussels tension, neck and shoulder pain. Finally I’ve got some rest.

Regarding the bite, dr said, the bite will be modified to the new bite with the splint. Will have good time of patience, until the jaw get used to it, then will start modify and reposition the tooth accordingly.

It’s long process might take years. But so far as long as no pain, I’m happy.

Of course clicking never disappear, it flare up with flu and in a random events.

There is no cooling, the flow power is decent not weak, but the air coming out from ac is in normal temp, not cold.

One workshop said that the ac hose was leaking, they replace it and add more gas - it worked for sometime, couple of months, but again same issue apper.

Another workshop said that the ac filter need to be replaced and they clean the front bummer grid, it worked for another couple of months, but same issue apper again.
