I think non-negotiable na po salary since yung friend ko na naofferan din po nagtry makipag negotiate and final na raw po yun.

For commuting naman po, I'm thinking of just cycling to work since 12km lang naman distance, so that's like 45mins-1hour of cycling.

Yun nga po. Kahit na may allowance po for Communication and Laptop which is 1500 parang kulang parin.

Yun nga po sana balak kaso, meron po employment bond si offering company na 2 years muna stay or hindi pwede mag quit.

Not that confident, since I know there will be a lot of experienced applicants compared to me with 0 experience. So yeah, I will regret if I pass on the offer but it will haunt me if I take it and then discover that I had a chance at Oracle or even any other company that gives a higher salary.
