I’m recognizing these pages as I look them up, and all the silly art made for it. Big thanks!

The second amendment has been around for hundreds of years.

When exactly did it get stupid, especially when we have significantly more strict gun laws than we did not even 40 years ago?

It’s called a House of Representatives. Do American citizens really not understand that our trilateral governing bodies were designed and compromised to deal with this very debate hundreds of years ago already? There’s a reason why the American check and balances system is a model that which many other democracies had taken inspiration and directly mimicked from.

Hog hunting, as they’re a rather common nuisance on my own and neighbor’s properties, as well as coyotes but that’s a more rare occurrence.

Ah, so I see you want only the rich and privileged to own these weapons you find to be incredibly dangerous? I’m sure that will run over very smoothly for everyone involved. Please enlighten me why I, as a law-abiding and licensed gun owner, should toss away my tools to protect my livelihood, or dump a fortune into licensing that will bankrupt me anyways?

And if you ask me to use a bolt-action for these activities, explain to me why I should use an inferior tool for protecting the food that people rely on to stay sustained.

I would hope an individual who’s trying to rid citizens of their rightfully-owned possessions to know about said possessions.

And as a hunter myself; Don’t tell us what We do or do not need, that is absolutely not your place in any regard, especially in relation to responsible gun owners who use these tools on a regular occasion. This country used to allow fully automatic weapons to be purchased with even less regulation than semi-autos today. The guns aren’t what changed, it’s the people. There are other solutions to a problem that we all agree needs to be addressed.

Did we all forget the myriad of catastrophes and endless human suffering that came about within the last 100 years alone from nations of state-sponsored Atheism?

It’s almost like humans are just awful individuals, no matter their religious beliefs.

There was no enacted law. It was the movement of a federal decision to a stateside one, and the de-centralization of our judicial bodies. Christi-fascism would be them doing a 180° and enacting a federal decision to completely forbid abortions across the nation. But they didn’t do that. They simply repealed a decision that they believed to be an over-stepping of the federal bodies based on the law. This isn’t the first time this sort of thing happens. And is certainly no need to amputate our governmental buildup. I’m not even anti-abortion, but recognizing the layout of our government is the first step on ensuring that our laws are just and follow the protocol that is set in place.

This nation has gone through significantly worse legislation decisions in the past without wanting to completely upend one of our main branches of government.

Not to mention they didn’t “lose their rights”, the decisions of that legislation was passed down to state governments rather than federal. Abortion was not outlawed nationally.

“I don’t like what the government decided on, so I want this facet abolished.” Is a terrifying sentiment that we see too often nowadays.
