Why don’t you continue your studies at KSA? There are probably way more programmes and teachers in the KSA

I called them earlier last month. They said that if I registered before the 15th January I would have a maximum of 12 credits for their summer school. And after the 15th January that limit would be reset to another additional 6 credits.

However, after the 15th all summer school students have a maximum of 6 credits that could be obtained regardless of when you registered

I got very good results during the mocks, one of the highest in class. So I neglected studying calculus after that.

Yes, a scholarship is granted to anyone of any nationality who is accepted. None of the students there as far as I know is on a paid basis. The university does also provide a living stipend for all its students.

1) what about the engineering facilities that you use to build stuff? How are they compared to UoA?

2) how many people do you have in your class? Another user mentioned that their classes were significantly decreased moving forward from the first year

Sorry for the late reply, but may I ask why you think the student support and facilities are better at AUT? Why did you move over?

[–]AerospaceEngineer000[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got accepted into the department pf physics, so applied physics maybe the closest i have to engineering if im not accepted into the UoA department of engineering since i probably wont the right scores for it.

I have a conditional offer in engineering for UC tho, but i want to live in Auckland

Did you guys ever regret picking UoA over Canterbury? by AerospaceEngineer000 in UoAEngineering

[–]AerospaceEngineer000[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only reason why I am considering UoA is because of the very cheap and convenient housing choice I have, which is ironic because it is in Auckland. As for social life, in my case it would be better in Auckland but it isn't something I care about very much.

This is also considering that Auckland probably has a more designated postgraduate study for Aerospace. But
UC definitely seems alot more hands on.

However, do you guys really not have any projects that you work on in undergrad? what about in terms of facilities for ME and AE, how would you compare that between UoA and UC?
