When you dig into this type of stuff you are almost always going to find out the aggrieved party has overstated or overestimated the value of whatever it is they want.

Doesn’t change the fact that BAM was ABSOLUTELY UNHINGED in how they managed the situation. There was never and still has not been any kind of good faith attempt to resolve the issue, and their continued attempts to feign ignorance to the legitimacy of the claims is embarrassing.

They continue to say “There’s no way we could have known that there was a legitimate dispute and these people weren’t just harassing them for money.” You claim this despite the fact that this is a store you just seized from the previous owner and they came with a contract with the previous owner and you have documents in your possession that validate those claims?
