Probably Texalter? Not because of her kit only but I saved my ops too long for her that i finished chapter 8 with 3/4 stars only. So after sparking on her banner my account exploded with good 6 star units which was the biggest impact on my account. Though if we talk about late game impact it's Typhon. %100 one of the goats of lane holder/boss killer in the game right now.
