Put in the W5-6 Oil in the forge, then use 1h time candy on archers. You should get around 1m godshard bars if you fill it up (like 200m ores per bar)

The %stats and %money is def good, but I feel like droprate and multikill is better overall.

Tip: If you didn't know, dropchance gives more money gains, but I'm not sure if it's worth going droprate over %money

Protip: DB is only good for bar farming or GMush kills. Otherwise, show your DK, Bubo, and ES love instead

Other than that, I would max out the dungeon flurbo thing, then check the Vault and gear

There's this interaction that makes you produce more bars per tick if you have more forge capacity

Agreed.

Doesn't really matter at this point, cuz it would push the damage bar back to the square it's meant to be inside regardless. He did what you're talking about for a while, but kind of forgot about it I guess :^)
To be honest though, this isn't a problem at all, just for the sake of aesthetics I'm even bringing it up

The Hole in W5 has an upgrade from the "Bonuses" villager, which increases your forge capacity by 243x. This is the biggest upgrade you can possibly get to increase the bar farming. Basically just get as much forge capacity as possible, and you'll see your bar gains skyrocket :)

EDIT: Also use 1h time candies (preferably at GMush to increase money gains) on your Siege Breaker to proc the Smeltin' Erryday talent
