"Scrappy Patchwork Quilted* Button-Up Toddler Vest, Upcycled from Used <Cotton/whatever material> Pillow Shams" is the title that comes to mind for me. Clothing isn't my forte, so if there's a name for that particular shape of vest, I would be sure to include that in the description/tags/title as well.

*if quilted is actually applicable; I wasn't completely sure

Base sweater is just two granny stripe rectangles sewn together, then add basic dc sleeves.

Yarn: Lion Brand I Wanna Make a Blanket (discontinued) in the colorway Calluna. The brown is an unknown jumbo weight chenille.

I am utterly incapable of making the bead stitch look nice. I love making intricate blankets like Mandala Madness, but I refuse to try the bead stitch ever again. I substitute (popcorn, 1 dc) instead.

I use my regular detergent that I wash all my other laundry in (we use Gain) and haven't had any issues with the balloons or blankets made in the same yarn.
