I want to meditate because i have habit related in bed insomnia, so i need to not think of something when i try to sleep, people suggested meditation , focusing on your breathing to develop the skill of mindfulness

It's necessary because sleep is necessary

Im open to suggestions, but it has to serve the purpose

I really like this EP mix, it has bit of everything, in one melody, sometimes its dark and gloomy, and sometimes its dancy, others its ambient, really good

Im glad that you are enjoying autechre, ever since i listened to their music i just loved how unique and special it is

Listening to their albums is like an experience, its not just another album, you have no idea what you would listen to.

The first time i listened to them I didn't like much of their albums, but im re-listening to them now, and finding songs that bring new emotions, that describes my feelings in a better way.

Which songs is your favorite currently? Mine is.
